Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel in one click from the customer portal. You keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for — there is no early cutoff and no cancellation fee.
Are my exports ever locked behind Pro?
Never. CSV and accountant exports (QuickBooks, Xero) are free on every plan. Your data is always yours to take with you — that is a promise, not a plan tier.
What exactly does Free include?
20 receipt scans and 2 PDF report packs per month, plus unlimited budgets, spending alerts, tax estimates, mileage tracking, multi-currency, Canadian tax lines, and a free accountant seat. Pro removes the scan and report-pack caps and adds email-in and white-label report packs.
What currencies can I use?
Track receipts in any currency on any plan — multi-currency is free. Canadian GST/PST/HST/QST tax lines are built in. The Pro subscription itself is billed in USD.
Will the price go up like other apps?
We read receipts on your device, so we do not pay a cloud-AI fee per scan. That is why our free tier is generous and the unlimited plan is sustainable at this price — there is no per-scan bill that forces caps to shrink or prices to climb.
Do you offer a free trial?
